Recreational Fishing & Leisure Resort

The Recreational Fishing & Leisure Resort is an innovative project that combines recreational fishing, nature tourism, fine dining, and comfortable accommodation within a single integrated concept. Located in the picturesque surroundings of Stara planina, the project aims to transform the area into a preferred destination for family vacations, outdoor recreation, and unforgettable experiences in the tranquility of the mountains.

The concept goes beyond that of a traditional fishing park by creating a destination where visitors can reconnect with nature, enjoy both recreational and sport fishing, taste freshly prepared trout, stay in comfortable family villas, and relax in beautifully landscaped park areas offering panoramic views of the water. Every element of the development has been carefully designed to create a sense of harmony, comfort, and an authentic outdoor experience.

The architectural design is inspired by the natural beauty of the surrounding mountains, combining timber, natural stone, and contemporary architecture that blends seamlessly with the landscape. At the heart of the resort is the fishing lake, surrounded by a panoramic restaurant, a village of family villas, landscaped walking paths, family recreation areas, and dedicated spaces for hosting events, making the resort an attractive destination throughout the year.

The project has been developed with a strong focus on sustainability, high-quality execution, and the creation of a tourism destination that offers far more than recreational fishing—it is a place for relaxation, memorable experiences, and reconnecting with nature.
