Plant for multiplication and breeding of fishery products from trout fish in a reproductive recirculating system

The project provides the construction of a breeding and growth plant for trout fish in a reproductive recirculation system (RRS). The delivery, installation and commissioning as well as the following production activity will take place in a hale building, which will be built with 100% funds of Aqua En Ltd. on a plot of land with established right to build.
The entire investment is aimed at growing and breeding species with very good market potential, more precisely rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss), with planned annual capacity of the installation 1982928 pcs. fish up to 60 grams and with a planned production process, going through the following phases: 1.Selection of the necessary trout breeders 2.Production of sex products by the breeders 3.Incubation of the fertilized caviar 4.Growing maggots 5.Growing small fish.
The technology program provides for a gradual loading of the capacities to stabilize the process and to achieve the optimum conditions for growing the product, as well as complete monitoring and management of the chemical and physical parameters of the water – temperature, oxygenation (pH), etc. The production volume is in line with the capacity of the plant and the possibilities of extraction of the product under normal load of the equipment and minimal water consumption. Technological equipment is in line with the sequence of the production processes of the PAC, including the integration of patented technology solutions and good practices through technology selection and know-how acquisition.
The project provides 7 new working places, as well as activities to improve safety and working conditions – purchase of personal protective equipment, special working clothes, BS OHSAS 18001 standard, equipment for recreation, catering, training for employees to work safely with newly-introduced equipment, and measures to improve the energy and resource efficiency of the plant.
