Modernization of fish and fishery products plant

The project proposal is being developed to achieve the following goals:

1) Improvement of the working conditions in the plant by investing in personal protective equipment.
2) The more complete utilization of the production produced in Oloplast Ltd. by purchasing a specialized means of transport.
3) Modernization of the plant by including in the company’s fleet a new, low-emission, low cost eco-efficient truck.

The project includes the following activities: the purchase of a specialized vehicle, equipped with a refrigeration unit and the provision of personal protective equipment for the workers involved in the processing and distribution of chilled rainbow trout.

The accomplishment of the activities is aimed at achieving the set goals and their implementation will contribute to the achievement of the indicators in the project.

The newly acquired specialized vehicle will create conditions for a more complete utilization of the production, produced by Oloplast Ltd. through rapid realization of the fish products on the trade exchanges and shops outside Pirdop.

The inclusion in the fleet of the company of a new, economical and conformable to European standards specialized light vehicle with emissions below 130 g / km will contribute to the protection of the environment and to the increase of the resource efficiency of Oloplast Ltd.

As a result of the project implementation, the working conditions in the plant will improve and the motivation of the employees will increase, which will have a positive effect on the labor productivity. The project is prepared in accordance with the principles of horizontal EU policies.

The employment of new workers in the plant will be done in accordance with the principles of equality and non-discrimination and the promotion of equal opportunities for all ,regardless of gender, ethnicity or disability.
