Expansion of a Processing Facility through the Implementation of a Second Fish Cleaning Production Line with the Gutmaster 1200
- Category: Fish Processing, Technological Modernization and Innovation
- Phase: Engineering
- Client: ХХХ
- Location: Bulgaria
The project is aimed at the technological expansion of our client’s processing facility through the purchase and integration of a second high-performance Gutmaster 1200 fish cleaning machine using vacuum technology, supplied by Kroma A/S, Denmark. Along with the machine, additional equipment was supplied that automates the entire fish processing workflow along the new production line. The investment increases the facility’s overall production capacity through the introduction of a parallel production line and ensures the preparation of a greater volume of raw material for the production of high-quality fish products that meet the growing requirements of both the domestic and international markets.
The second Gutmaster 1200 machine optimizes the fish cleaning process through vacuum technology, which ensures precise and gentle handling of the raw material prior to subsequent processing stages, as well as consistently high quality of the final product. The parallel operation of the two production lines increases the facility’s overall productivity and flexibility, reduces process losses, and improves raw material utilization, while also providing backup capacity during peak loads or technical maintenance of either line.
The project strengthens the client’s competitiveness by enabling increased production volumes, the production of higher value-added products, and access to new markets. The partnership with an established European supplier such as Kroma A/S — already proven through the successful operation of the first machine — guarantees the reliability of the technological solution and long-term technical support.
Through the expansion of its production facilities, the client is affirming its position as an established and growing enterprise in the fish processing sector, combining high technological standards with sustainable production development.
