"Bulgaria's First Fish Processing Production Line Featuring the Gutmaster 1200 Machine"
- Category: Fish Processing, Technological Modernization and Innovation
- Фаза: Engineering
- Client: ХХХ
- Location: Bulgaria
The project focuses on the upgrade of a client’s processing facility through the purchase and integration of a high-performance Gutmaster 1200 fish cleaning machine featuring vacuum technology, supplied by Kroma A/S, Denmark. This is the first machine of its kind to be integrated into fish processing in Bulgaria. Along with the machine, additional equipment was delivered that automates the entire fish processing workflow. The investment expands the facility’s production capacity and ensures raw material preparation for the production of high-quality fish products, meeting the growing demands of both domestic and international markets.
The Gutmaster 1200 optimizes the fish cleaning process through vacuum technology, which ensures precise and gentle handling of the raw material before subsequent processing stages, as well as consistently high quality of the finished product. Following the machine, a sorting and packaging system was also implemented, boxing the finished product with ice, turning the entire setup into a complete fish processing production line. The integration of this comprehensive equipment package into the production process increases productivity and efficiency, reduces technological losses, and improves raw material utilization.
The project strengthens the client’s competitiveness by enabling the production of higher value-added products and access to new markets. The partnership with an established European supplier such as Kroma A/S ensures the reliability of the technological solution and long-term technical support.
Through the upgrade of its production capacity, the client reinforces its position as a modern enterprise in the fish processing sector, combining high technological standards with sustainable production development, and establishes itself as an innovator with the implementation of the country’s first complete fish processing production line of its kind.
